Regional and international, traditional and modern, long established and exclusive – these are not opposites at the Restaurant Mühle, but it is what makes the special Markgräfler flair of our cuisine.
Under the direction of the Markgräfler Patron Hansjörg Hechler, and the French Chef de Cuisine Paul Juen, our team creates daily new specialties with high-quality and regional products. Traditional recipes are being successfully developed with new ideas harmoniously complemented with carefully chosen premium wines from our area.
You will be welcomed by Hansjörg and Gill Hechler personally in the stylish Mühle dining room with its exclusive ambiente. With a lot of passion and personal dedication they will do their utmost to make your sojourn at the Mühle an unforgettable experience.

The Davidoff Lounge is the place for all our guests who appreciate a precious cigar with a nice aperitif or with an after dinner drink from our well assorted house bar. You smoke only on special occasions? In our own humidor the connoisseurs will find a wide selection of tobacco products to choose from.

Inspired by the Baden, the Alsation and the Swiss Cuisine, our kitchen team creates equally modern as well as down-to-earth delicacies.
